FIFTY SEVEN (GIVE OR TAKE) THINGS THAT YOU WISHED YOU KNEW ABOUT GRILLING WITH WOOD!

After 20 plus years from a start-up to one of the largest drop-ship vendors of grilling wood chips, wood chunks, and cedar grilling planks in the USA, I along with my family, have learned a thing or two about grilling with wood.  And our experience is not with just a couple of varieties but with ten species of Maine wood including wild apple, black cherry, northern mesquite, hickory, mountain olive, beechnut, pecan, alder, white cedar, and red oak.  We are always creating new products, like our presoaked flavored wood chips, and many unique ways to grill everything from portobello mushrooms to a fantastic cherries jubilee on a cedar plank.  In addition, we also sponsor several regional and national BBQ competition teams who constantly share their expertise with us.  Take the time to scan our blog for new tips and do not be afraid to share some of your experience so that we all can get more "atta boy" and "atta girl" love!
